What subject basicaly reaads what do they mean, this Forum that is Powered by now doesn't tell you at the bottom any more so please Post.
don't any Non-Admin Post I want the Full Correct Meanings Please.

Hover your cursor over the icons and a toolbox will appear, explaining what the icon indicates. I don't see why you only want administrators to reply to you though; normal users are perfectly adequate to answer your questions too.
