So do you want me to use the SMW or SMA2 palette? They're different, so I'd like to know (and I also don't know if I have an SMA2 palette atm).

Use SNES SMW palette.

It's already in the CGFX pack, where the Boom-Booms are. Also, just search up Smw Smb3 boss theme on YouTube and then use a video to mp3 tool.
