Have you ever made up a mario character that is an individual of an enemy that is friendly unlike the others that are bad and attack you. Or have you made up Mario characters?

Here's an Example
Name: Hoops

Gender: Male

Age: Normal

Species: Hoopster

Appearance: Dark green skin with light green spots and is Larger than an average Hoopster.

Personality: Kind and friendly. Mischievous at times.

Background: Hoops was part of a group, the 8-Bits, but unlike the others, he didn't want to be a bad guy. So one night, while everyone was asleep, he snuck out of their home and escaped into the jungle. After a bit of wandering, he became lost and got a cut on one of his back legs from a tree branch. But he was alone, and no one was there to help him.
Supermario12345 happened to be exploring that very jungle and happened to be passing the tree Hoops was in. He heard a weak, pained sound from somewhere in the trees. Supermario12345 climbed the tree, towards the source until he found Hoops, lying injured on the branches. Supermario12345 decides to help him, healing his injury and wrapping it in bandages. Hoops thanked Supermario12345. Hoops wanted to go home with him because he wanted somewhere to live, and Supermario12345 understood him, as he had a universal translator with him. Supermario12345 let Hoops come home with him. And they did stuff like play video games like: Super Mario bros, Super Mario bros 3, Super Mario world, Zelda 1, Zelda 2, Metroid, Super Metroid, and also Castlevania 1, 2, 3, and 4. And even played contra. And eventually became close friends.
Supermario12345 wanted Hoops to introduce himself to the others, so he took him on a trip to the Mushroom Kingdom.
Hoops introduced himself to each of the good guys, one by one. He met Peach first at her castle. At first, she was a little scared of him, because of him being a hoopster. But after a while, she started to feel more comfortable around him. After this, Hoops met Toad in Toad Town. Toad thought it was strange that Hoops had dark green skin and light green spots, but ignored it. Soon after that, Hoops met Link, who noticed that Hoops was larger than an average Hoopster. Then, Hoops met Luigi. Luigi liked him immediately, because Hoops is green, just like him.

But when Hoops introduced himself to Mario, he was scared of him for a while and didn't want to be anywhere near him. But slowly, after spending more time around him, Mario started to realize that Hoops was kind and harmless.

Meanwhile, The 8-Bits found out he was missing. Angrily, they went searching for him, tearing through deserts, jungles, and grasslands, but there was no sign of him anywhere.
After a while, most of them gave up, but a few of them are still searching, determined to find him someday.

Speech:
Hoops wears a universal translator, so he can talk to humans. Eventually, he learns English and can talk without one.
However, he can still talk Hoopster if he needs to.

Relations with other characters:
He's best friends with Supermario12345, and is generally on good terms with Mario, Luigi, Peach, and the rest of the good guys. Just like the others, he has a strong hatred of Bowser and Wart. Sometimes, however, he plays pranks on Yoshi and teases him often. He is however scared of tryclyde and fryguy.
Abilities:
He can carry most objects, and can carry anyone smaller than him or the same size as him.
And if he needs to, someone twice his size.

Well, I made a Shy Guy with a translator around his neck (you know, so he can speak English instead of Shy Guy). He's a green one named (get ready for the creativity) ShyGuy37.

Personality: Friendly in nature and an overall cool but smart dude.
Who they are: A Shy Guy who snuck away from Bowser's Castle, found a translator and befriended some of the characters I'm familiar with (like Medli, Link, Amy Rose, Knuckles, etc. because in my mind, they all exist in the same universe.)
Habits: Likes gaming, reading and drawing, dislikes exercise but still does it. (All of these traits come from me)
Colour: Green.
I have no pictures (sorry) but you can basically get an idea.
BACKSTORY- There are many Shy Guys in the world, and as far as this one knew, he was just Shy Guy #37. (see where I got it?) But one day, he had enough of being mean. He was a good-natured guy, so it didn't make sense for him to put up a fight against all these heroes. So he found a group of them and convinced them that he was nice enough, and got himself a house which he now uses for his gaming.

Actually Hoops The Hoopster Also has a translator I forget to mention it.

This doesn't look like a forum game or role playing to me. As long as you guys keep it to characters imagined up, and not role playing, it's fine.

This topic is formatted badly.

It promotes no discussion other than "post characters you've made". It's okay if you want to discuss the creation of fictional characters but it needs to be done in a way that isn't "post your characters", and even worse in a way that involves one person posting a character and then posting multiple times in succession to signify updates to it. If you're working on an individual character and want feedback for it (which would make "gave my character an update" posts appropriate) feel free to make a thread specifically saying that, and if you want to talk about character creation and characters you've made then make a thread for that.
