What's the different bewteen hexed and vanilla+launcher versions?what's the more similar to the normal one?

Try to use 7zip instead WinRAR to unpack downloaded file

It says ''Unexpected end of data'' and ''vc_redist.x86.exe is corrupted'' :/

It's something from my pc? is Windows XP SP3 32-Bits

So:

-I search DLL but every link is broken.
-When extracting Lua with winrar and 7zip,it don't extracts the needed,the same happens with Paint.net.
