beach related request

I need a background looks like the smb3 waterfall background, but it can't have the waterfall and I'd like water that looks like this : [rimg]http://i.gyazo.com/7eddd32560b0db482be812ea74a009f6.png[/rimg] to go in front of it.
I also need seashell spikes. they should look a bit like this : [rimg]http://i.gyazo.com/3db9b6381287526c62f8f0c109089153.png[/rimg] except I need them to match the palette of the seashells in the Shikaternia beach tileset and I need one for each direction with some alts going in different directions.
Just to clarify, this : [rimg]http://i.gyazo.com/40544eacf134a533fe2d7069cd16e65c.png[/rimg] should be shells that alternate directions when the shell graphic is applied.
