I have to say, I like the older games (up to BW) much better than the new games (XY and forward). I much prefer the graphics, attacks and abilities, and Pokémon movesets and designs overall, as well as map layouts and concepts. Some of the newer games are just going too far imo and differing too much from the old games the creators just seem desperate with some of the Pokémon they've come up with.

Also, i've play Firered, Sapphire, Pokemon XD on the Gamecube, and also Pokemon Soulsilver.
I have completely beaten Firered and Sapphire, and i have all 16 badges on Pokemon Soulsilver but i haven't battled Red yet.
Did you also know that i'm not exactly competitive when i play pokemon, and usually i use my favorite pokemon, while
at the same time trying to use a balanced team. Like in Soulsilver, I decided to use a Typhlosion, Noctowl, Quausire, Heracross, Lanturn, And a Lapras,
Even though i notice half are water type, does this seem that much like balance?

I'm currently playing Pokémon Diamond and just finished the 7th gym. I'm training a Torterra, Machoke, Luxray, Bronzong, Golduck, and a Riolu (just got it as an egg before the 6th gym and it hatched as I left the 7th). Do y'all think I'll be fine taking on the 8th gym (Electric-type) with just Torterra and its move Earthquake and Electric-type immunity, or should I train up another Ground-type Pokémon or two or mor? (If so which one(s)?)

Pokemon games are some of the easiest games out there. You don't even need torterra to win.

Yes, it is balance since Quagsire(Ground,Water), Lanturn(Electric, Water) and Lapras(Ice, Water) are dual-typed pokemon so it is okay.

Pokemon Go noticed the big number of players here, where it wasn't released, and they blocked the Go servers for Brazil. Itried to play but unfortunately my Android is 4.0

Either way, do not download the APK. If they do what they did in America to those who downloaded the APK to those people in Brazil, your phone might be banned from even playing the game.

EDIT: Today, Brazil received oficial download for Pokemon Go on the Play Store! The servers were liberated during a few hours, but they closed again after a overload and I can't play because my android is 4.0

There is a new Pokemon sun and moon leak claiming there being five new Pokemon and the starter evolutions but thus far the only proof there is are three concept arts, which are also unconfirmed.

I've also heard that Nintendo/Game Freak have been trying to remove it from Google Images or something around those lines, so there is a tiny chance that they could be official, although I'm thinking they're just probably frauds until the real ones step in, but we'll just have to see.
As for what I think of the starter evolutions, well, I like them all (Especially Popplio's evo), although I'm thinking that Litten's going to evolve into yet another Fire/Fighting type, or if we're lucky, it'll probably be Fire/Dark, but I'm not keeping up my hopes, even if the concept arts are actually the official evolutions.
