A Level shouldn't really have a lot of Background objects in General like in the original Games (SMB for example). Any Creators can create their own Levels as they like so it can be only a few or a lot of objects placed together. @GamerKid has his choice and I find this Level very nice. It shouldn't really have to be incredible detailed but of course they can Change it aswell in any time they want.

yes ur right if nintendo does something it's good
There was a lack of BGos in the original games bc of storage limitations. NES games also had lots of cutoff - does that mean it's good to do, too?

Except it's used well through the level, actually. Limiting the number of BGOs was a nice idea and works well with the simple style - you don't need to use every single thing given on the tileset, usually.

Looks OK. Just add a bit more BGOs, like clouds or something and add a bit more objects

Seems fine to me. Design is a bit generic but it wouldn't be bad for a first level.
