Hey, I was wondering: would it be okay to discuss 1.4.* and levels/episodes made with it in the Video Games sub-forum? I don't see why not since there's a thread for Mario Maker levels there.

Not at the moment, no. We are considering creating a (likely temporary) subforum for that build of SMBX and will update once we've made a decision.

I was looking for a sprite Zant created as a request, which made me think.

Is there any reason to ban his request topic because he volunteers to do it? The same goes for AirShip's sprite topic, and it's not banned.

Wait - when was that banned?

You should fix this: http://www.smbxgame.com/episodes.html

404 error with link to it on the main page

Thanks for catching that. Fixed!

I'm still getting a 404 error on that page, Joey (I cleared my cache beforehand).

It's not that the episodes page is broken so much as that's just not the proper link.

http://www.smbxgame.com/episodes.php shouldn't show an error, but http://www.smbxgame.com/episodes.html should. The links themselves just had to be edited. Unless you're still getting an error with episodes.php? It's working for me though.

Guys, in the future, please don't reply to spam threads. Simply report it and the staff will take care of it. Thanks.

Soo did anyone catch this post?

Didn't catch that, sorry.

I don't like the idea of having the scrollable header. There are SMW springboard links on every post that will bring you back to the top of the screen if quick access is necessary to the link header. It would take too much development time for something that wouldn't look that good or provide much of a purpose.

I agree with Joey; I think that sort of thing is an intrusive UI feature that makes navigating the site harder to be honest.

Also thanks Magician, that link definitely isn't a 404. I just assumed it was the right one.

Alternatively, you can hold down CTRL, hit F, and then type something like "faq". Muscle memory can often get me up there faster than clicking the springboard. Not that I usually need to go that fast.

Has anyone encountered a server error when going into someone's profile and after selecting "registered users" from the drop down menu hitting "go"?

Yes, the strange part is that if you refresh the page, it suddenly works.

Interesting, thanks for pointing that out. Further investigation has led me to believe that this may be a phpBB bug.

This might have been suggested, but can we improve the search engine? When I search for something it says we are not allowed to have common words which makes no sense. I want it to accept any words. Thanks if you can try it. :D

I encounter it as well. What the hell.

My guess as to the reason for this is that when you get a huge amount of results due to searching for a common word, the search isn't actually helping you narrow down what you're looking for much and it uses more system resources. What were you trying to search?
