Kaizo = Unfair Difficulty, Virtually Impossible. Think SMW Hacks with a crapload of Munchers everywhere
Touhou = Spun off of one of the hardest video games, is incredulously hard but of a relatively fair difficulty.

Awesome so far! I think you should use an SMB3 styled Beetle instead of a SMB3 recolor of the SMW Beetle, but that doesn't mean it doesn't fit.

But they both have one thing in common: they aren't real difficulty.

No, they both have real difficulty. Kaizo is just unfair while Touhou is its own game with fair but extreme difficulty.

SMB3 + SC4: I think I should move moon up a bit, maybe.

Looks nice, but the Fire Flower is 16-bit...
