While I can agree with that, I certainly am not the person to word things properly, so I feel like doing a player analysis wouldn't be beneficial with anything I host. I still stand on my opinion, so don't expect any player analysis from me in the future.

Hey everyone! Syndrilevosse and I were talking, and we think it'd probably be best if we delayed hosting for the same user for two games instead of just one starting with Mafia 37. As of now, we kind of have a cycle of the same people hosting games over and over, so we thought this could help diversify the hosting a bit more. Do people agree with this idea, or do you think we should keep it the way it is?

There's more effective ways to prevent host cycles. Maybe at some occasions (like, every 4 or 5 games) we should look over the previous polls and make the next sign-ups exclusive for those who barely got voted at all.

Those which barely get voted are barely voted because they're bad most of the time.

By time 4 or 5 games come around, some of those people may have passed up on Mafia already. The system we're employing will be more effective for our players alongside the hosts.

Of course you gotta ask them first if they want to participate. I mean, they created a game willing to host it at most four games ago, so chances are that you won't miss out many participants.

If you delay hosting of the same user for two games you'll still end up with the popular people being voted up over and over.

Considering I have been away from the forum for a week, when did the Mafia subforum get it's own forum?

SMBX.org also got archived. Mafia got its own forum to fill the empty space
