My bad. Didn't know that. By the way, where can I get that? I tried downloading PGE again hoping I'd get that version but I got an older version instead.
@Tinkerbell: That post was towards the people that either complains about how Horikawa hasn't released the full version yet and/or Redigit's low profile on the forums.

You will need the SMBX Integration config pack. The next beta will have this selected by default.

I don't care for how much time Horikawa will take. If SMBX 2.0 is going to be awesome, it's ok. What I really care is about Redigit, not because of a sooner release, but because he has the source code and knows everything about his engine, which means that we could have a much more unlimited engine.

im trying to delete save data for a world im playing on smbx 2.0 open beta how would i do that?
because i deleted the save but my stars were still there

But what's the point? SMBX 1.4.2 have all these features and more. You're not even basing it on DX9. This might be the one single most pointless project ever.

and there is more update from the 1.4.2 than 2.0
probably better things to do now

or nothing to do then

Eh, no. SMBX 2.0 has a lot of nice features like custom launcher (which can be customized), custom playable characters and NPCs, ... See? This is already enough to prove that SMBX 2.0 has more stuff than SMBX 1.4, besides, 2.0 also features actual proper physics!!!

Wasn't 1.4.2 dead or something? Like they weren't supporting it anymore? Besides this one has LUA integration which for itself has a lot of potential.
If instead of burying this project you guys let it grow, it'll outshine 1.4.2 and any other updates.

Custom Launcher= this is helping with
Custom playable characthers and npc,yay even more hard scripting

As Scripting and designe its better than SMBX 1.4
But as power ups,some enemies and some random things win SMBX 1.4

I don't script in LUA neither, but it's potential that others can use. You can also ask for stuff and people might do it for you.

1.4.2 is still alive, it's just not supported in this forum, as it's an unofficial updated, but it's supported in the PGE forum. While it doesn't suppport LunaLua it has Teascript, which has less feature than LunaLua.

Literally what
1.4.2 does not support LunaLua. Additionally, development is done by a bunch of people already familiar with this community and especially the talkhaus. 1.4.2 is mostly done by Chinese devs, so communication and wanting to fix bugs is harder. Also, anyone can submit Lua code to 2.0 (but whether it's good enough is another question).

Not anyone , you can say the chinese can't submit also because of their language

I won't deny that I didn't help things by leaving some things unfinished (like parts of Snake) and then taking on a bunch of new things that pushed SMBX 2.0 dev right down to the bottom of my personal priorities, so I apologise to Horikawa and everyone else involved for that. There is still work I'd like to do with 2.0, but I'm not sure when it'll be plausible to do it.
