I see your intentions with just continuing the pattern liket his, but imho I don't it like this quite as much. I feel like it doesn't make that much sense. I'll see what other ppl hink though.

I think the Toad is a NPC.

I have put some work into this level, as well as decided on a music track:

The level is special in that it will not feature more than one section. Although it will feature two exits and roughly 2-15 minutes of gameplay, depending on how much you want to explore.

Additionally, a video of what to expect from me in near future, though I'm uncertain about Caverns of Light and the SMBX Level Factory:

Abandoned Tower (Minutes 0 til 7) has been finished already.

Nope, it's not complete yet. I need to make the underground sections, and I think I will extend the main section a bit.

Falling off that would be infuriating.

Good point. I'd suggest bridges after each underground section that extend to the borders of the level if you want the player to feel safer.

You'd have to fall off on purpose or be dumb enough to fall down from anywhere. Almost all the platforms are super wide enough and as far as I can tell, it doesn't seem like there's any area where the player might have to run at the end of the platforms in a desperate attempt to escape whatever too, so I'd say it's fine, no need to babysit the player that much now

^ This.

Also, the sections aren't that long to need to worry about falling.

The Birdo battle can cause the player to fall all the way down, and I guess just curiosity.

When you hit the gray ?, some wood blocks appear, blocking both sides.

Why don't you set the "Level Warp"?

If you give me a good reason. I think this is completely unnecessary and useless.

Not bad, but some of the jumps there seem a bit too hard (the one at the second bullet shooter), specially if you're not small. Might be better during gameplay, though.
