Why can't you miss banned users? They could have been a friend of someone. People are sad when their friends go away because of this emotional bondage with their friends. Same thing with banned users.

Ignoring the poor wording, why is it not a good idea to have simple questions in one topic and more detailed ones have their own thread? I tried to do something like this but it was buried very quickly after a bunch of rapid, quick questions were posted.

The small and easy questions may be locked up when posted and the bigger and harder questions will have more answers.
