Layers and Events are allowed (maybe even encouraged), since they're in the range of what vanilla SMBX can do.

This. You can make anything you want as long as it doesn't have custom graphics or music.

Invisible axes require custom GFX, so they aren't allowed. You have to send only a level file to Joey.

i'm don't sure that mediafire can upload .lvl file.....

Yes, a PM attachment is fine.

It's possible to upload .lvl file.

Thanks but the only problem is now that when i shall PM Joey i dont find the Attachment its like that attachment button got hidden when i went to His profile and i Did click The PM button but then i did not find the attachment button

Looks like the attachments don't work with PMs...
Anyway, if you can't use attachments, then upload your level to Dropbox, Mediafire or another kind of these sites.
