Looks nice Zephyr, especially the Brinstar Level. are you going to make all these awesome World Maps again? Or just that HUB?
No world maps this time. This episode is completely hub based, but you won't be disappointed. NGCA is the closest thing to 2D SM64 SMBX has yet seen...our hub even makes use of global events, so a lot of thought was put into its design.

The new screenshots look really interesting. The first one looks decent, but the second looks really great. The third one catches most of my attention from all of these. May I ask, what are the star blocks replace? Looking at their formation, they seem like coins, but I think using actual stars like in KRtD would be better actually. Star blocks would be most consistent to Kirby if they were carryable brick blocks, but the level looks really good. The third one kinda looks like Chad made it. It looks like Isolated Islands from SMSE in a stormy version to me. Not exactly stormy, but you know what I mean. I like the fourth one's aesthetics a lot, especially those bgo wooden tiles, and those emerald-filled minecarts. The design is really good as well. And for the last one, it's probably from the main hub, it looks good but I am personally not a big fan of what palette the sign uses. It looks somewhat... weird. But otherwise, great job. This looks extremely promising and I can't wait to play it. Three levels left, huh? Good luck with them.

You should be grateful for what you get.
This is by far the most interesting spoiler I have ever seen.

The global events probably work with stars in the main hub that have a death trigger on the respective event, I suppose. Yeah, that's a pretty good idea, especially since you can make the exit of a level warp to an area from the main hub that you can normally not access and place a star in it that makes something new change in the main hub. I was going to do that as well, so that's where my assumption is coming from.

Wow, it looks like I missed a lot of the old screens because I don't even remember seeing more than half of them. Everything just looks amazing! There's so much variety graphic, theme, and NPC wise that I'm sure the levels will be really fun and unique to play! And this is close to completion which is great too! Good luck finishing this, I'll definitely play this when it's out

What? Global events?
The SMB1 goomba doesn't clash.
Also, what is Waddle Dees?

Oh, wait, now I've seen where you talked about global events. Well, global events were used in ToB6 too.

The global events in ToB5 messed up the star count.

How can you mess up the star count by putting star-based events in the hub? The only thing I can think of is if it's considered extremely important for the grand total of stars in the entire game to be a specific number (and it really isn't). That, or if the number of stars in the world map settings doesn't match the number of stars in the game, which is pretty easy to fix if they're keeping track of it.

Global events are the events in the HUB which remain forever. You can do them by using a star.
