Wait a minute... that is for the PGE editor! I have a problem with installing the packs. It never registers the configuration packs, even when they are in the correct directory.

I'll fix you: for PGE Project, where applications requires a config pack: PGE Editor and PGE Engine (which currently WIP).
Config pack must be placed RIGHT:
<PGE's folder>/configs/<packname>/*.ini
where *.ini - a root of config pack's folder

If you wish to use graphics with SMBX, just copy-paste all stuff from "graphics" folder into necessary folder of SMBX's directory, or use as custom graphics

Ummmm... what? You mean change the file names to <Insert Here>.ini?

He never said that. Packname is the name of the pack you want to insert. Be sure it's only onr folder when you extract it.

Try taking the graphics from the config and copy them to the file you want to be in. (graphics, level folder, et cetera)
