No, he didn't. He tecnically wasn't here on the most contest events and the CC7 wasn't exactly planned to do this by @DarkMatt (and/or someone) but on CC8 it is.

I am surprised that there are some levels in tier 4 which got a lower score than my level's score from you (oh wait you didn't ragequitted for the lenght?!).

I'd say his reviews are even better because he didn't fear of giving a low score for a level that has effort put into. It might be hard to tell whose content of the review is better, but overall I honestly prefer TNT's reviews. I also don't get why he's supposed to be worse than bossedit. I never saw anyone justifying their hate towards TNT's reviews, and I didn't even see anyone to say they dislike the review of TNT.

Based off the scores I see, I'd say Emral, Quill, and TNTtimelord all had a few not-so-great reviews.

So someone who rates two levels from Tier 2 higher than the winner level, uses three decimals in 95% of his reviews, rates everything high instead of having an actual opinion, and summarizes the level instead of typing an actual review is better than those three? Seems legit.

You certainly have an odd ideal of a review if you think anyone who doesn't rate everything high is a bad judge. Those who rate it high are usually bad judges, because they are scared of giving their actual opinion and are just being overly generous in order to prevent receiving hate.

This is wrong.

Judges, that are not afraid of their opinion and state it fearless of whether they are going to receive hate or not are the best judges, because they are honest. Their reviews legitimately reflect their real opinion, and that's what should really be respected.

Also, the score says nothing without the content of the review. You can rate levels low if you state valid justification.

I've seen both bossedit8 and tntimelord in action. You are basically picking the lesser of two evils.

They all suck except for Quill...and Chad

A said "a few." Bossedit is open-minded, so he tends to give higher scores to creative/new-idea levels. He also has some not-so-great reviews. Note that I didn't enter CC8, so my viewpoint is different than yours. I personally liked Chad's reviews and castlewars's reviews best.

Castlewars was not a judge in CC8. Also, how does the participating or not affect the viewpoint of judging?

I wasn't necessarily talking about CC8. All Community Contests.
Participating has to do with, if someone's level gets a bad place or a good place because of a specific judge, the user will usually feel angry/happy and be nice/mean to the judge who affected their score. All I did was read the reviews and play some of the levels.

Quill was the one who rated my level lowest. If he'd rate my level 0,5 higher, I'd have won. But that doesn't mean I consider him as a bad judge, or that I suddenly started hating him. In fact, he might even be the best judge. Objectivity is not influenced by the received score. My opinion did not change even after my level was revealed. And let's be honest, a user who treats a judge for the score they gave your level is downright pathetic.
