If I read correctly, the devs aren't planning for Beta 5, they're instead planning for a full release.

No more betas, that's correct.

Reminder that full version =/= final version. Something not being in SMBX2.0.0 does not deny the possibility of it ever coming (2.x.y versions are likely to happen, as well as SMBX3, when PGE/Moondust engine (which is currently in alpha) is itself fully released). And even if the devs decided to stop developing, you can always make NPC packs for features that are missing.

SMBX2 Beta 4 has been released no stable. Launcher at some point crashes
The 3d world map does not work in SMBX2 Demo Stages
Scripts break after exiting the level and at the start of the levels of SMBX2 Demo Stages
Snake blocks isn't working in beta 4, but in PAL it is working
In Princess Cliche, when you go to Dream World, the game crashes

For the Invasion 2 level 38 music bug, brute forcing the music back to normal ("Change music to:" instead of "Reset to default") works, though this requires editing the level.

This can be worked around by opening frost_house.lvl in the editor, selecting Warp 3, and changing "dream_world" to "dream_world.lvl".
EDIT: The "Invasion 2 bonus level particles bug" appears to be the same as the Dream World crash in The Princess Cliche, and is fixed in basically the same way: Open the first level file (Level35.lvl), select the warp (Warp 2), and add ".lvl" to the filename.

Please help, I have a problem with PGE Editor! Level testing doesn't work! The game crashes when I click "test level". I hope so not only with me, I believe that it will be fixed soon!

Why is so slow when loading levels from world map? (Compared to legacy SMBX 1.3)

Is there a way to use a combo score with NPC:harm yet? I would guess not, because the starman doesn't rack up a score combo.

Hello.
I just found out that the giant time switch is bugged by default. It does not work as intended, acts glitchy (it has a 32x32 hitbox instead of a 64x64 one and displays incorrectly) and hurts the player when approached from the side.

It's not finished and in the itembox by mistake. I'll address this in the patch by removing it to reduce confusion.

I understand.
Also, I just encountered this bug when I hit a YI breakable dirt block that contains an coin:
forensic anthropology
I dont know if it is of relevance, but I used a custom graphic over the original graphic.
EDIT: The exact same bug happens when putting a coin inside a Kirby's Dreamland Star Block.
Also a question; Is the breakable dirt supposed to be only breakable from the top when using a fire flower? The same goes for the Kirby's Dreamland Star Block, that acts the same way.
Another edit: The solid Brittle Leaf Block also throws an error when putting in an item:

Wait, is the section limit per level still 20? I don't know how I missed this... back to the drawing board for me...
From the handbook:
Warning! Although there is a button to the right for adding sections beyond Section 20, such extended sections are not currently supported by SMBX2. Further unsupported editor features can be found in the “Unsupported Features” segment below.
Also wondering if textblox will be made compatible with beta4. (it gives an error message now)

So, by when will 22+ sections be workingly supported, if ever?

Use textplus.
Sednaiur: those are all the same bug. Thanks for the report. Idk what you mean by "only breakable from the top" cause from my experience they're not.

I am glad to be of help.
About breaking from the top: You can break the Kirby star block (only the normal one, not the "tough" one) from the top with a fire flower, but not from the side. This also applies for the breakable dirt from YI.

Ahh... I see what the mistake in the code is. Thanks! The thing that's happening right now is that those blocks are hit by all "thrown" npcs, and since fireballs are inherently always thrown.... yeah that. Will fix!

Thanks. Is there a download somewhere? For some reason I couldn't find Textplus using google.
