Ghosthawk I was going to downrep you for making a comic that treats the destruction of the World Trade Center as a joke, but I didn't do so because I'll be at BSA camp for a week(you can't contact me about the situation until then) and I think you didn't mean it totally seriously(At least the world trade center doesn't get destroyed in your edit). That's some pretty heavy stuff however, and I think you should keep away from that stuff(if you make more comics that treat serious disasters like jokes, I will downrep you).

There's a TIAOH episode from Season 1 called "One Girl's Privacy is Another Guy's Pleasure" that is actually just about Hawkeyeone having to go to the bathroom while a girl is in there, in one episode Hawkeyeone says a rather gruesome insult from the Nostalgia Critic(the one to AVGN), and a few episodes end with a character commiting suicide by hanging themselves(Close Encounters of the 'Cooned Kind and GO AWAY ALEX).

There was a small two panel comic I made a while back where Hawkeyeone says "Porn is cool". It's really not.

...Why should GhostHawk care if he gets a downrep? Also, knowing that you're an, uh, "avid" member of 4Chan, I'm surprised that you haven't become accustom to WTC jokes already considering the amount of things on that site that could offend people.. but, I digress.

What i'm mostly trying to say is that you feel offended that someone makes a joke regarding your country - in this case the WTC - and then disregard the fact that you're being an ignorant prat about our own country. Personally I don't give a fuck if you think we worship tea or whatever, but it's when you make it out to be that our country should be shamed and slammed because USA USA USA is when you start to piss me off.
Not to mention you base this on made-up facts and if there's one thing that really pisses me off, it's when people don't get their fucking facts right. You just have your baseless opinions.

Shit like this? Shit like this, Kyo? The shit like this killed many people and making jokes about that isn't funny, either. This actually deserves a downbias, or even more. But who cares for the biassystem anyways. You can give him like 50 upbias or downbias and nobody will do a shit against it. Just sayin. Biasmod really is unnecessary.

It's the same as if somebody attacked KEY with a kamikaze (is that even spelled like this in English?) jet and kills them all. Would you make jokes about that? But this actually is even worse. Especially the fact making jokes about it with a shitty comic like TIAOH

I feel like I should explain.

You see, when you posted the original comic you deemed that "sending all British people to the moon" would make a good joke. So I thought "well since this is exploitable, I might as well have fun with this and crank it up a bit." Now suddenly it's not ok to make a joke about a lot of people dying. I'd like you to ask yourself why that is. Maybe because it's personal? Maybe British people that have read your comic and listen to you on IRC take in personal? What matters the most here, at least in my opinion, is perspective. It's easy to say that "everything that's foreign to me that I don't care about can be made fun of with no shame," but it's much more challenging to be consistent and find everything offensive or have a laugh at everything, I choose the latter since I intended some humor as well in the comic without making it just a PSA to make this point.

TL;DR Just be consistent with your grievances, sense of humor, and consider other people don't share the same perspective as you.
