This looks very nice for a Lava Underground Stage Like this. Good work with it. I natualy do like the whole red colors in it even know it is only red what I can see.

Why, the red is fine. It gives the player a feel as if the light from the lava is radianting around in the cave. Giving it a red glow.

Or it can be virtual mario.

I didn't used noiceball=0 on those projectiles.
