A decent joke level is more enjoyable than most decent regular levels, as it surprises the player and makes them laught. You shouldn't tick off joke levels as bad, just because we rarely see a good one.

As for troll levels, making the tier optional should be enough. Figuring out why people submit such levels shouldn't take longer than 10 seconds, and by making the tier optional you wouldn't have to put up with typing "shadowstar" "donthurtme" and stuff like that more than you do anyways :^)

Well they did that with ToB6. They replaced the stars with ? spheres so the player doesn't need to collect them, and thus can skip Tier 1 entirely, but for 100% completion they should be completed.

But who even wants 100% completion. All i want is playing those levels and skip those i don't manage to beat legit.

100% a tob really shows that you have nothing else to do.
And it's sad.
I never 100% or even played a tob, i use the editor to play what i want lol.
