I like it a lot. It's simple, clean, and reminds me of Finnish summer houses. I like how the sky goes dark when you enter the house, like in those old video games.

The house looks nice, but I feel like it can use some more BGOs outside the house(and maybe inside too) to make like more lively. I like how you put water below the house(no, I'm not saying that it is a bad thing).

I think there is too much NPC variety. It's like every npc is different instead of the same NPCs in a harder different situation.

I agree, try to keep it down to max 4 different kinds of NPCs (not counting variations like Para-Koopas/Goombas) per section.

I'll remove 2 types of enemies in that case and replace them with other ones.

Hey, what looks better, this?
Or this?
Someone PM'd me to try and replicate SMWGaiden's title art style, I still haven't modified the bushes or enemies, but I was just wondering if people would rather have me keep to the classic black outlines SMW had, or to make things a bit more shaded.
Edit: Dammit, I forgot to fix the one to-left corner tile's shading.

Why would you mix barely visible outlines with black outlines? All or nothing, mister.

The SMW mushroom blocks don't have a outline. But hey, I did enjoyed that level at least.

The background objects are stock, I was asking about the tileset. I don't plan to add this softer shading until I finish the first world, then I'm gonna go to town on the graphics, this is just a small demo.

I personally prefer the classic black outline, but that's just me.

I mean you have nailed the things that unfortunately makes smbx levels insta good(?):
-ruins
-pillars
-WATERFALLS EVERYWHERE COMING OUT OF NOWHERE
but yeah, pretty nice and simple, the way i like it.

I'd hardly call copying SM7 talented, if you're talking about me.
I should really update my pge to avoid those graphical errors. Also, it's part of the 1st section of the remake of my vinesauce level.

Nicely done my friend. Also I couldn't agree more on the pillars, ruins and waterfalls.
