The first screenshot doesn't have npc's cause your player gets blasted into the level at the intro.

No. That area is where you are after the "Palace of the Earth Spirits" in Touhou 11 ~ Subterranean Animism. It's a graveyard of firery blazing hell. It's not gonna be simple throughout the Level aswell so be Aware (it's just the Normal difficulty of the Screen so far).

Yes, except that you are not deep enough since in the Final Stage (Stage 6), everything is even hotter and brighter.

I already made the Extra Stage on Touhou 11 so far and that wasn't in order aswell. For some reason, I earn ideas out of thin air during School and one of those ideas was that. A firery inbetween Lava with dark atmosphere and other neat stuff. Later on there will be something which can be even more difficult than it already is so be warned.

I can not wait to speed run the next beta of the episode you release, but still! This looks harder then "Embodiment of Scarlet Devil Extra! In fact, it is one of the easiest ones I have outside of Easy, and and a few normal levels! Maybe you should make a playable Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Iniozi and Youmu Konpaku?*

That may add to the Touhou-esque atmosphere? It may add to people wanting ti play it!

*I know there last names, I just do not know how to spell them! (Reimu Hakurie? Marisa Kishami? Sakuya Inoizoi?) Youmu Konpaku is easy to spell though!

Still on the slow Progression because of School in it's entirely and other stuff to handle. I am trying my best though. About your Speed in my game, to be honest it doesn't completly matter but we'll see...

Never say it's easy on my Levels unless it's on Easy Mode.

I am not that good with spriting characters so I doupt I am be able to make them. Maybe I will in the future but that will take a very Long time to make it look good especially with multiple characters instead of only one.

Here's a level revamp I've just finished. It's a secret area, that contains no power-ups and has more difficult enemies. The Blue Shells are Kamikaze Koopas and the bubbles can be swum in. It also uses the Space theme from Newer SMBWii.

I liked the design, but I think there should be more NPC variety. Also, the tileset is bland sometimes.

I kind of figured with the level being as short as it is it shouldn't need anymore than 5 or 6 different NPCs. If you think it needs more variety, what would you add?

Well, the Volcano Lotuses are already in the level, I suppose a regular enemy would work. Koopas may not work so well with the level layout as there is way too many places where shells can get stuck and ricochet, so I think Goombas might be the better alternative here. I'd use Galoombas, but they can be used as shield to dispatch everything else, which would be a bit of a level breaker.

The Very Goonies have landed. Surprised these haven't been made before.. also comes with the Bowling Goonie. Plus I made a better version of the Wild Piranha Plant (has a death effect and the frames run smoothly).
