- Cardflip game

- Classic win conditions
Evil Spirits
Dragon Spirit: Immune to nightkills. Once throughout the game, he can kill a player independently from the Mafia’s choice, but his cardflip color will turn red afterwards and he’ll lose his nightkill immunity as well.
Ice Spirit: Can freeze a player each night, making them unable to speak the next day phase. If the frozen player is lynched off, the last person who voted on them will also die.
Shadow Spirit: Can hide a player’s color each night for the following day and night phase making them cardflip black.
Poltergeist: Can stalk a player each night and learn their color. Alternatively, he can roleblock a player.
Insert Generic Town Name Here
Star Spirit: A spirit gathering his power from the night who is immune to nightkills.
Moon Spirit: Another spirit gathering his power from the night. This gives him the power to protect a player from death each night. Has the ability to self-protect.
Sun Spirit: A spirit gathering his power from the daylight. He doesn’t care about the law of physics so he can store sunshine and use it to inspect a player each night.
Wolf Spirit: Can kill a player each night. If he kills an innocent, he’ll lose his ability for the following night.
Banshee: Can scream out to a player and tell them a bit of information with or without revealing their identity.
Vengeful Spirit: If he’s lynched, one of the evil spirits (a mafia member) who voted on him will also die. (if none of the evil spirits is voting for him, only the VS will die)
Crystal Spirit: Has a crystal ball which makes him able to reveal the cardflip color of 2 players after his death. Has to make the decision before he dies but can change his mind as much as he wants to.

Disguise ×1: Can change his cardflip color for the following day and night phase.
Drown ×2: Can change the cardflip color of the player he killed to black by taking their body to the bottom of the ocean.
Paralyze ×2: Can roleblock a player for the night and make their lynchvotes not count for the following day.
Curse ×3: Can set a permanent curse on the player and make them automatically be the victim of a knife-in-the-box situation.

M?? - Psychopathy Red
Long ago a mental institution opened its doors. It was dubbed “Clearwater Psychiatric Hospital for the criminally insane” and became known as one of the best mental institutions across the land. However, as time passed away, so did the staff. And with every generation of staff the good intentions slowly decayed and the mental hospital went downhill. The current director of Clearwater is an outright danger to the patients. He is a sadistic man who doesn’t care for the wellbeing of the patients. Instead he tortures them to satisfy his bloodlust. The rest of Clearwater’s staff did all they could to make life better for the patients but when four patients, all convicted serial killers, started killing others during the night, the staff was forced to execute patients in order to save their own life.
Serial Killers
-Sociopath: Because he is highly manipulative. The sociopath cardflips blue upon inspection but red upon death and he cannot be nightkilled.
-Suicidal: May threaten someone every night, silencing them for the day after. Must be dead before the end of the game to win alongside the other serial killers.
-Lunatic: An insane individual who stole a bottle of acid from the laboratory. Can cover up the mafia’s kill by dissolving the body in acid once during the game.
-Insane Alter-Ego: A split-personality within a person suffering of Dissociative Identity Disorder. Can only post at night. May roleblock someone every night. Since they are both technically the same human, the death of one alter ego automatically kills the other.
Staff
-Psychiatrist: May inspect someone every night, learning their cardflip colour. His lynch vote also counts double.
-Executioner: May kill someone every night, if they kill an innocent, they will lose their ability and cardflip red for a single night.
-Therapist: May put someone through therapy every day, roleblocking them the next night phase.
-Doctor: May protect a player from death every night. This also works on the suicidal.
-Nurse: Just like a regular employee, but when the doctor dies she takes his place and her cardflip colour changes to Blue

Fake news: The Director can add his own message to the host’s post at the end of a night phase.
Fraud: The Director may forge himself two additional lynch votes which he can use whenever he wants.
Threaten: The Director will threathen someone, silencing them for the day phase after.
Additional information:
* The Alter-Egos are not aware of each other’s identity.
*The suicidal has to be dead before the game ends. This doesn't mean he can win without the rest of the mafia however.
*The target of the lunatic’s acid attack will also not be crossed out in the player list.
*The Doctor can self-protect.
*The Liar's "ability" takes every result and turns it into the opposite. A sherriff will get a red inspection back for example.
*If the director threatens someone the threatened player will be notified.

If you look really closely, the liar pretty much is a miller. All inspections return false so, if someone inspects the liar, he will be red. He will still cardflip green when he dies though, so would you think a vanilla miller would work better?
Also, I don't think the Director is OP at all. Keep in mind that a third party has to take on all other seventeen players, so they should be super powerful if they want to have a small chance of winning.

Actually those are pretty good reasons, you are right that the Director having to take so many other players should allow them alot of other abilities, so i actually don't really see any problems with it.

I even find him underpowered for a third party, given that he can only nightkill or use an ability, not both. This doesn't really make him stronger than a normal TP who can kill and is NK-immune.

The Chernobyl virus (also known as CIH) triggers on April 26th each year, the anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. It overwrites a chip inside a PC effectively paralysing the entire computer, in game it just makes players unable to vote.

White Blood Cellit can kill one player each night,ironically looses it's abilty for a day if it kills a biological virus
Red Blood Cell Can protect a player each night
Immune System Can inspect a player each night, but red and green colours are flipped, doesn't know they are sensitive
Swine Flu can infect(it's a pun, don't panic) a player to learn their colour
Supervirus simply a virus that is resistant to cures, immune to nightkills
Cas9A CRISPR thingy,can see who has visited a player
Ecoli An Ecoli virus that has been doused with cholrine that causes it to appear as blue when inspected
Common Coldthere are 200 different strains of cold, Which is why it's the equalvent of a townie

Flu A very fast evovling virus, so fast infact that it's managed to infect computers too and appears as red when inspected, doesn't know they are the flu

Cardflip - There is no roleflip here
Corruption - viruses may choose to recruit (or corrupt if you prefer) a player into joining their team, they can't recruit the white blood cell (because it's a killing role), and they can only recruit one person
