I like the look of that fiery SMW cavern, bossedit8. However, the mushrooms are too detailed to fit a SMW atmosphere, so perhaps re-style them, remove them, or leave them there if you don't mind having a pretty big variety.

This is pretty much the very first Video that has to do with Custom Levels but I didn't made the Level itself:
First off, I would remove the small doors as they are pointless. Second, remove that platform and add just some go-through blocks. It doesn't seem bad, tough. I think that slopes might make it better, but that's your decision.
