It's a condition but does not always affect social skills and intelligence. It does affect some aspects of development but ultimately it comes in so many forms and slight variances that there's no one definition besides "a condition." The autism spectrum is massive and includes so much now that it's hard to label specific things as defining autism.

This is just stuff I've heard and I haven't done too much study into it but no, not every introverted person is "autistic" and not every "autist" is socially awkward and a genius. It's much more complex than that.

A condition that impairs social skills but at the same time makes people with the condition slightly smarter.

Since it just happened to me an hour ago, this:

When people are all dressed up looking like they're ready to go somewhere formal, and still they ask for money on the streets. It's one thing to look all messy, but do you really need some stranger to help you plug your parking meter an extra 3 minutes wherever you're going?

One of the things that really pisses me off is when I finish an exam and exit the room, and then I hear people talking about exam questions already (even without the exam paper). I can't believe that people even do this for third year (Junior) college courses.
