I think Enjl and PixelPest are done (despite his dog eating the original copies). Don't know about the others, but I guess they are almost done.

I mean to be fair most of the judges were in the midst of finishing a semester of school. At least they have an excuse to take forever, unlike Quill when it comes to literally everything.
