Try checking your control panel. Idk if you can deactivate it by simply uninstalling it.

uninstalling it would be the best since it wouldn't run on your computer anymore... cuz it won't be there to begin with

The placement is outdated, as it is a little cleaner now
EDIT: I changed my background, and moved the other one to the lock screen. I'll post an image later.
