Well writing your reviews on paper is a very dumb thing to do and is signs of bad judging.

Writing reviews on a paper can be a dumb thing to do but I don't get your assumption that it is related about the skills in judging.

I'm not even sure why I even posted that in the first place. Probably to remind that having one judge is a bad idea, despite thg1's post obviously not being serious.
