I just noticed a wave of topics of the same thing, knowing it was a joke, thought was amusing, and pitched in. I didn't really even look for the context from why they were made.

Someone just made another "Is _____ Overpowered?" Thread called "Are SMB3 Recolors Overpowered?" Seriously people should
stop using this as a joke. The joke is just starting to get old. It was funny the first few times, but now it not
funny anymore. People keep asking for everyone to stop making these threads, but they are being hiveminded and now
like 20 exist.

The staff are aware of the influx of shitposts, we're working on dealing with it.

No, I was just asking if Link's sword is OP, But it's not really my fault because everyone decided to make one
also. Because all those other threads except for 1 or 2 were just joking. But I was asking an actual question.

You should know by the time you're here now, that this community tends to overuse a joke until it gets boring.
The same was when Nien made the buff thread and people started buffing themselfs until Nien decided to have it locked.

I made that SMB3 Recolors post before I realized the joke is dead. My apologies for shitposting.

Can someone make a topic that actually says requests are not allowed? Because right now there's nothing new users can easily find. (well, except for the other requests, but really who reads locked topics?)

Is the Karma system ever going to be added back again?

You mean the reputation mod? I would personally prefer if it were gone for good. The community couldn't handle it before, and I doubt they'd be able to handle it now.

Do you want to see everyone cry that they have a negative reputation, like it was the last time? I know I don't.

But it was funny when all the kids cried about some unreal reputation and didn't improve lol.

I still can't believe someone got over -30 rep before.

Solution: only allow uprep and no downrep (I still don't really care if it's readded or not, but if it was I would highly recommend this)

I just find the reputation mod to be useless overall.
