I've actually intended for that level to be in the remake. In the castle there's going to be a deepest chamber which will house joke levels, and this will be one of them.

Not necessarily. I only hate them if they're impossible and either force a runtime error (Block Bollocks) or force the player to get killed (Waterfall Ghost House), but other than that, I quite like them if I get the joke and laugh at it - I just don't like reviewing them. The joke levels in the TGCA remake are only optional extras that you don't need to visit to beat the game, but to unlock the original TGCA you need to complete them.

I tried my best: This is the Ending BG from SMB2 and the Clouds are moving, like in SMA.
