How do you even get to your screen?

Through MECHDRAGON777's screen.
The pipe that takes you there is in a layer that appears once you beat his section.

Well, you also need to include a way to get to it without going through his section, since it's supposed to be optional.

Okay so I had to work on my screen on Tuesday and now I have to do it in Wednesday (hope you get me here). Seems legit.
Also, I've noticed that Turtwig forgot a warp to his screen. It is possible for me to add it since he forgot it or it isn't allowed?
