First off, I didn't even join this server a single time.

Second, afaik there's a server plugin that lets you see the "history" of a block "aka who placed or destroyed it". Maybe try installing that. If the block's gone and there isn't any history to it it was a world editor like WorldEdit (atleast I think ghat's what it's called, the last time I hosted a server was about two years ago lol).

I think somewhere it also saves who joined when and I actually think that'a vanilla, it basically writes down the whole chat afaik.

You gotta remember this is running on a vanilla server. There are no plugins, like Bukkit.

What would be really useful in the future, when (if) you do get Bukkit, Danny, is to let players set up regions for protection, like their own house, and have the spawnpoint indestructible.

Well, lets look at this load of bullshit that has happened while I was gone today.

Hmm, yep, a lot of shit. From what I gather Knux has done some things? The castle is gone? Pretty interesting stuff if you ask me.

The entire castle is gone, and you would have needed creative to get rid of the entire thing. The latest backup I have is from last night, but you guys don't want me backing up the progress you made today, so fuck the castle, it was a waste of my time. Thanks.

Knux is banned now, if the griefing continues, I will lockdown the server. Its been up for two fucking days and you guys have already destroyed it, good job.

Also, Google Mc Edit, It can take the castle from the old save and place it in the world by editing the save file, Won't count as a plugin so it shouldn't wreck the server...

The castle will stay gone, cleaning up the place and bordering it off, maybe I'll look into rebuilding it later on, but not any time soon.

If you are caught placing TNT in a suspicious place (i.e. near a house and not in a cave), the staff has every right to kick you, although a ban might be over the top, given the light of recent events I could see it as warranted. You should be unbanned now, Choco, and if you aren't, contact me or another staff member to unban you.

Why am I banned? I didn't grief anything. I admitted earlier to taking some of GhostHawk's items but we settled that.

Same thing happened to MichelFP, too. There's simply no evidence to go by that we are the ones causing the damage. If you can't prove it, you can't take action. That's unfair.

One thing I actually took into consideration was making a Ventrilo server to chat on as opposed to Skype. Ventrilo can hold more people on a channel and doesn't have open-mic set as default (because that can get annoying). If people are interested in it I can make a Ventrilo server.

That doesn't prove or disprove anything. GH found michel was using speedhacks, which is why he got banned. Who knows, it probably WAS him. I don't know. It's not me though and I'm annoyed at the fact you think it is me.

The fact that you were found near the location of where the TNT found is sketchy in itself, although I'm not accusing anyone of doing it at this moment. I have unbanned you from the server for the time being, but if anything comes up again with your name on it, you will be temporarily banned, no questions asked.

EDIT: And to add to that, it doesn't help any that you were trying to frame michel for the looting. Both of you could have been framing each other, who knows, it's still the fact that you did actually loot somebody. If you expect to stay on this server I suggest you abide by the rules.

I was the one who discovered it. It was in the village, where my spawn was.

I have unbanned you from the server for the time being, but if anything comes up again with your name on it, you will be temporarily banned, no questions asked.

Unless someone gives you concrete proof you shouldn't take action.

I could say "Oh, GhostHawk blew up this". Then what would you do? Would you take my word for it and ban him or would you look for some sort of evidence?
