What's that 1-up in the third screenshot?!

Also those apples block in the first screenshot looks a bit darker.

Looks sweet! Reminds me of SMSE in terms of design.

@zlakerboy357 It looks very nice. Very detailed. I like everything you have made. No flaws as I can tell.

Thanks for the criticism, I really needed cause I might add it back to my project if I have the motivation to finish it off

What's that half-step block?

I also suggest you make the pillar a bit darker so people don't confuse it for a solid tile. Unless it's foreground, which I doubt.

Yes, right. From Mario Forever. Completly Right.

More Tanks:

Why did you remove the ground layer in that picture?
Aside from that, I still don't know what to think of this. It looks unforgivingly hard and thus not fun to play, especially after some frustrating deaths. It just brings back memories from Apoplexy Tanks. Bad ones.

What do you expect from bossedit? Have you seen his Touhou bosses?? :P

Seen them, played them. They weren't hard. Just a bunch of tedious precision positioning and memorization.

I thought I'd actually make a Flappy Bird level with the tileset I made

In the level editor you actually would not really see the ground but only at the Starting point on the left, which means in the actual play those tanks will move to the left.

It looks very hard but actually it isn't all that hard. Thankfully it isn't too long and there is a Checkpoint in that level.

That is how Touhou works too.

I suggest you to find a SML3 version of the bob-omb aswell, Grätsel. It looks kinda out of place there.
Besides that, looking good! Especially these bushes look nice in the environment.

I have the spritesheet for all SML3 enemies and I don't think there are bob-ombs :/

Also the whole point of me trying to make the enemies look SMB3 styled is THAT the bob-ombs would fit it :(

I think it's possible to restyle the KSS Bomber enemy so it looks like it's from SML3. Might give it a shot ;)

But they're supposed to be SMB3 styled....

I'm just not good at making SMB3 styled enemies, that's all :(
