I have tried to fix everything to the very best of my ability. There were some flaws that you probably did not even realize. For example, as I had not tested everything with Peach, I had no idea you could fly straight to the green switch in the first room of Hazy Hollow. That allowed you to skip quite a lot of the first part of the episode.

There is not going to be any more beta testing. Once I've finished my last playthrough, the episode will be released, and I will react to any bug reports people send and upload new versions if necessary.

What if can beat it in one day:sitting again? On camera? Could I upload it publicly or still privetly?

Once the episode is out, you are of course free to release any videos you want. I would probably even enjoy watching it!

I can not stop you from releasing the beta video either, but there were quite many bugs and I'd prefer to keep it under wraps even after release.

You can use my video for a trailer: the one after It is released or you can use it as a guide for players! Would you prefer commentary or no commentary for that?

It's always more fun with commentary. But if we are going to have a chat, I think it's best to move on to PMs to not bump this every minute.

The episode is done, download link added to the first post. New screenshots added as well along with a new desctiption. Could a moderator please move this to episodes-section?

Yes you can, I don't mind if you want to use changed player graphics as it does not compromise gameplay in any way.

Yes you can, I don't mind if you want to use changed player graphics as it does not compromise gameplay in any way.

The player is changed for the fact of Rosalina is my favorite charater! Sorry about that, I know I said the video will be ready in a day, but it might take two or three, and if more, then blame the holidays!

I beat the game and like what you did, you credit the graphics but not the betatesters? I know you meantioned both me and opa, but ou did not say anything during the credits? Any reasons?

If you open the world map you should see your names there, I actually don't know why they don't appear in the credits. Perhaps because there is an empty line between?

I see, the video has been uploading and I waited 15 hours for it to finnish! 75% as of now! The space of the credits might cause it!

I tried downloading it but the webpage says its not available

Here is a bug, the fire bug can be gotten to with peach, and can be beaten with anyone!

I just tried it and it seems to work, could you try again? Sometimes rpgmaker.net is annoying and goes down, but I like to keep the download there because of the counter.

I think the fact you can fight the fire bird with peach is game breaking, and I hope that I one thing not fixed as I want to fight it as peach! The grammar mistake is you put "ot" instead if "not"

But you can not jump high enough to reach the key with any other char than Luigi.

I did not watch the complete LP yet, where is the "ot" at?

EDIT: Seems the download site is down again. If it's not fixed by tomorrow, I'll upload somewhere else.

The typo is in the new section! It is hard to remember because I was laughing so hard with the reference you made! I will record me doing that new section trying to break it! Since they are no star locks that I know of, I will shadow star to get there, just I proof my point that peach can jump high enough!

It seems like every time i try to download it something bad happens the first time it didn't download the next time the download limit was reached

I have played to the second boss so far, and I really like this episode.
But to be honest, for my tastes it is the best I have payed so far, because the way you used the elements of SMB2 and combined them with a Zelda/Metroid-like gameplay makes it really most interesting for me ^^.
I also like the story so far. The intro is cool done, the bosses are fun to fight, and the level-design also is of great fun for me.
I also looked for bugs, but the only things I could find so far, are the ever feared "crouching glitch"-areas, where one can perform the mentioned glitch.
But nothing else so far.
I am really happy, that you put enough power-ups so far, or I would have died a lot more (I died trice at the pidgit, and 2 times on the second boss) xD.

Also a little note to Mechdragon777: I watched your video a bit (it is really long with 4 hours, but thanks for doing it ^^) the first 1-up you encounter is possible to get, but the 1-up needs to be less than 4 seconds offscreen, as I could get it (try it with Mario), so it is more like a challenge, than a bug :-).

I am uploading a video called "smbx - Mario Prime breaking" and I know I used a few cheats, but it is only to get to the fire bird faster! I did it to show me getting through the fight with peach! I also used shadow star just so I can play "grueling grotto completely with peach! All of this could of been done without shadow star minus grilling grotto, but just use to speed the video up!
