Status effects. The Frozen, Paralysis, and Confusion status effects are by far the worst status effects in Pokemon. Sleep gets a dishonorable mention, because sometimes it can be a good thing, but only in the right situations.

Status effects on your pokemon suck. At least you can give an enemy a taste of their own medicine by freezing them, putting them to sleep, or confusing them.

How about getting 3 god damn Poison Mushrooms in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door? You lose half your & your partner's HP, FP, SP, & half your audience. That's a troll-ish joke Nintendo put in the amazing GameCube game!

Consider it a bad luck moment. I don't think getting 3 poison mushrooms is that common

How about in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, when a group of enemies brings in useful attack items (Examples: Shooting Star, Thunder Rage, Ice Storm, etc. ) against you. And you had no choice but to escape!!!!*
*That happens to me at one point when I played Thousand-Year Door

Also in Pokemon, the Ultra Warp Ride's controls can be frustrating at times especially if you're in a place that screws with the movement of the 3DS system, like a car.

Rain. Not only in botw but in any game in general. It kind of makes the games look bad and can cause lag

This has been happening to me recently (The day I'm writing this, and the 2 previous days), but the fact I'm able to basically predict the dice rolls in Mario Party 9. And not in a good way
EX: Playing on the Bowser board to finish story mode:
CPU rolls into 10 ministars, hits a backwards space 1 away from the jackpot
Me: "They're gonna get a 1". And they did. I ended up coming in third for a tie win, which was odd. Glad I unlocked the story mode things though!
But yea, being able to predict the dice rolls is annoying.

Sometimes the most annoying thing in games aren't any aspect of the actual game, but the players themselves. I wish that these kinds of people were at least not as common.

Bats aren't that bad? They can't kill you, besides, there are hostile mobs that are far worse.

they sure are pacific mobs, but they really are fucking anoying with their noise and you forgot the worst part: since they aren't hostile mobs, wich means you can't disable them by setting minecrfat on peaceful, and if you are a builder in creative, these fucking bitches automatically spawns in darkness, and and you alway have to kill them with a diamond sword to prvent them from accumulating, but even doing so is annoying, since they have a small hitbox.

The only thing bats are useful is for find caves, nothing more. If they acumulate they can become an annoying plague
I share your point of view

I don't really find their sound annoying, and I don't find them a nuisance because they are not in my way. It doesn't really bother me of their spawn rate either because I usually don't see them in huge groups. And why would you want to kill them anyway? They don't even drop anything useful.
In a way, I find cows, sheep, and pigs more annoying than bats because they can get in your way if you are on a rail, and they are pretty much everywhere in the overworld, and they spawn nonstop, unlike night mobs which usually despawn or die during day.

Kill them for avoid their acumulation and because they are annoying when they start to fly around you or near, they are like the flies of Minecraft
Still I find more annoying the skeletons

they are even worse in 1.9 and later updates where you need a freakin' shield to block their arrows, otherwise, their is no way to avoid hits with the new fighting system
