All right, we made a plan on discord for a blue alliance, with Shroom being the middle man.
Here it is:
1: Sheriff inspects Shroom
Now the plan splits in two paths, depending on if there is a doctor or lookout:

If there is a Doc:
2: Doc and Sheriff claim privately to Shroom
3: Shroom waits until the end of day 1 to see if there will be any counterclaims
4: He tells who the doc is to the Sheriff and who the Sheriff is to the doc
5: The other blues claim to Shroom

If there is a Lookout:
2: Sheriff and Jailkeeper/Bodyguard target Shroom
3: Lookout targets Shroom
4: Lookout contacts the Jailkeeper and the Sheriff
5: The other blues claim to Shroom

The blues should only claim in the thread if there is a wrong lynch against them. Then Shroom confirms their roles.
And remember, the Jailkeeper/Bodyguard should protect Shroom every night, until the blue alliance is done and stable.

Thoughts?

To make sure that a scum doesn't infiltrate, I'll collect identities of blues first and then see if there's any odd occurrences, and for Night 2 (or whenever I see apropriate) I'll bring them together.

Looks good. I would also recommend Shroom to announce when he is sure of the identities of the Sheriff and Doc, or Sheriff, Lookout and Jailkeeper(or bodyguard)
(Depending on which route was taken)
Then the other blues claim to Shroom

Btw if there is a mayor, he should still target and claim to Shroom(Even though claiming isn't that much necessary because of his ability)

Sounds like a pretty solid plan. I was just a little worried earlier that everyone was going to blindly claim to Shroom on the grounds that we think he was probably sleeping

Yeah he was like, definitely offline for the whole setup phase. I didn't see him, at least, and I was on until past the start of Night 1 last night. It seems safe to trust him; it was the like seriously middle of the night for him in central Europe when the setup was going on, to be sure.

Like I stayed up unusually late last night playing Mario Run so...but anyway it seems pretty fail-safe even if Shroom doesn't seem to be who he is. Unless he's the Godfather again which is extremely unlikely

So are the blues supposed to claim and use their abilities on him, just use abilities, or just claim? I do not really understand what they are doing specifically. How do we know he is even town? Also, how would we k ow if a Lookout is even here?

If you're a blue, then claim to me IMMEDIATELY. If you're scum and think you can fakeclaim, I will FIND YOU OUT.

If there's a Mayor, then they must definitely reveal to me for a safe blue. If there's a Sheriff, then just claim to me and I'll believe you if there's no second Sheriff claim / other Mayor claim. The Jailkeeper or Bodyguard must definitely protect me. If there's a Lookout, I'd also recommend him to eavesdrop on me so he already knows some people I'm targeted by. I guess that's everything necessary for the moment.

We believe that Shroom is a townie because he was offline for the entire setup phase, implying that he didn't have to make any choices based on his role PM. The Jailkeeper, Bodyguard, or Doctor is supposed to protect Shroom, and I believe the sheriff is inspecting him as well. Once Shroom gets a couple of claims, the rest of the blues will claim to him.
