There is no way Mechdragon could possibly know he is miller/millwright because the role pm doesn't state it. The only reason for claiming miller I can think of is that mech made a sloppy attempt to cover up for a red/yellow inspection result with the asumption that the miller/millwright knows their role and has a separate role PM. I really want an explanation now, Mechdragon!

nah, he claimed it because he's the luckiest person imaginable and guessed that he's one of those and now at the end of the game he actually will be one of those.

I'm calling it.

it's a lead, I guess. I wouldn't call it wise to go right into the lynch/vigi, but it's worth looking into

Btw not sure if someone already said it but we can be very sure that the TP is arsonist, so they won't kill this night. (I mean if the TP chose SK they would be really dumb for missing out the experience lawl)

Tbh I think Mechdragon could actually be a part of the mafia, otherwise, why would he say, " I am the millwright, miller, or a normal town's person."

^ It's common for both mafia and townspeople to claim town if they're accused. The formulation "townie or miller or millwright" to summarize all vanilla townies is not awkward per se ... but thinking that you can claim miller/millwright, while in truth the miller/millwright gets the same PM as the other vanilla townies, is really awkward.

Mechdragon claimed Miller/Millwright to me, not Townie/Miller/Millwright.

That's odd, how would he have any idea of being any of those things? if he said Townie/Miller/Millwright it wouldn't have sounded odd, so i
have to wonder why he's so sure of who he is.

Although I agree Mechdragon's wording was really awkward, I find it odd that ShadowStar seems to be pushing towards a day 1 lynch, which is never a good idea DURING night 1.

that's true, i'm starting to get a bit suspicious of him too.

Pretty much. SSX looks a bit desperate on lynching Mech, even though I don't think that anyone is suspicious enough to be lynched on D1.

I agree with this, and definitely don't think the vigi should be killing Mech (or anyone, probably) tonight. To be frank, Mech often says strange stuff like this, so I wouldn't necessarily take it as evidence of guilt (though we should be keeping an eye on him, perhaps).

Well yeah I have to admit that this evidence isn't really something we can rely on, especially considering the fact we're talking about Mechdragon whose logic is very different from other's logic and there's a high chance that he is just overcomplicating stuff.

Mechdragon is suspicious enough at this point to get lynched D1 if he can't come up with any good explanation. Notice how he claimed "I'm the miller OR millwright". Even if the miller and millwright knew their identities in this game, then he could have come up with "I'm the miller" or "I'm the millwright", not with both. This is not just strange, this is especially strange. At this point I also definitely see SSX as town (or at least as not mafia), and I guess witchking and Sanct are too.

Mechdragon, whenever he tries to pass it off as being townie, always says he is the miller, and honestly I'm fucking baffled every time.

SSX didn't push for a lynch, he asked if it'd be wise to lynch. He honestly has every reason to suspect Mech, especially after he claimed Miller or Millwright.

Even proposing a lynch this early in the game, especially regarding a post by Mechdragon of all people is incredibly unwise

I believe it could be better if the Sheriff inspected Mech(That is, if he didn't choose mayor)

SS should post the DMs to the thread to show what Mech actually said. Chances are Mech just gave some really shitty wording. Either Mech is just interpreting role PMs horribly and assuming he's the Miller, justing assuming he is for the hell of it, or he may be hiding something. Honestly the most likely scenario is the middle as with regular town we never know.

As for Shadow he could just be jumping to conclusions or he's trying to frame Mech but either of those seem completely possible.

In the end, I don't think either are guilty. It's night 1, there is absolutely no decent evidence so there is no reason anyone should be assuming anything.
