Regarding Lakitu, maybe I need to be more specific in the question about any Lakitus with cameras that you have seen, in which case it would indeed be zero.
Also, I do agree with Cedur that you need to put your comment about the ending in a spoiler as it otherwise ruins the surprise for other players... Cheers again for the feedback!
