Unless your level is nothing, it's still breaking this rule.

Use Mario Worker Remake, he didnt said that Mario Forever levels are banned
Or even better, use Super Mario Maker!

Also, I've discovered a BIG Loophole! You said that YOU were not allowed to submit anything. But then you could just ask someone elso to submit your level. They would get disqualified, but you would still get your level though because YOU didn't submit it, but it's still your level!

PLZ FIX NOW!!

Just read the black rule and then you'll figure out what's the problem. it'd be weird for Mario Forever or Mario Maker levels not using up any data...

Damn, an empty Mario Forever level is exactly 1 Kilobyte
Then we can use Super Mario 63. Its not using up any data because its on the internet

I just figured out how to get something submitted by following all of the rules.

Edit: The red rule is to broad.

How can you submit something without submitting something? And it has to be no more than 0kb...

I wonder how you can go under 0kb like minus kb... that could be interesting...

Can I be a judge? If yes, can I participate too?

All right, ultimate loophole! Thanks for everybody else that pointed out most of this stuff.

Make your level (Without any of the banned editors) , and convert it to binary code. Then print out the binary code, and get someone else to submit it via snail mail to ShadowStarX (They'll be disqualified, but you won't). Pieces of paper are approximately 0 kb, so I'm not breaking the "No more than 0kb of data" rule. Boom! I can't wait to see the contest winner!

...or an editor that uses no data.

It is.

I'm supposed to be the blue rule, not the cyan one.

Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
