I'd prefer to not have a returning champ as long as possible.

Same, I love how we got eleven new winners in a row of CCs, thus none of them won two contests yet.
My top 10 preditcion:
10. Snoruntpyro (I have hope for her)
9. Shinbison-Kof (I've seen his screenshot of the level and I think it looks very beautiful)
8. Valtteri (Nice way to show off new Apis)
7. FrozenQuills (I can't think of anyone else other than FQ reaching the top 10)
6. Bomber57 (Classic, you've made such good levels ever since, I really wish you wouldn't stop here)
5. Enjl (Me fearing that Val's review will troll us)
4. Marina (Kinda find it interesting, but I think this is how far Marina would be)

Between my top 3 prediction would be FireLink, Chad and SuperMario7.

FireLink (He's a very classical good designer, and his submissions always going far in the tiers with two in the final numbers out of five(?))
Chad (Has been a runner-up three times in both grand tournaments and CC7, also knows what's right about a level explaining his perfect judging since Tournament 3 and ever since)
SuperMario7 (One of my favorites, the best at using Bgos and his "going fast" moments are always fun, I can't wait to see what he submitted!)

- Mech's level only got so far because of a 9+/10 from shinbison. The other scores range from 5-7.5
-At least 5 Rinkas; levels will make it into top 10. One of which being a joke level.
-snoruntpyro will place higher than mechdragon. If not, I'll throw a chair.

Also, we're at the top quarter of the contest and only at an average score of 7/10. That's 0.5 lower than last contest. Just take that in for a moment. I don't see any averages over 9.1 happening.

Umm, Valtteri said I really improved, and Eltipsa said he liked it. (Valtteri on skype and Eltipsa from when I posted my level publicly). I know the level is not great, but for this to be my "apparent" best work, I really do hope I get top 10. I came so far. If Shinbision gave me a 9+, then I have high hopes even more. The judges I was worried about were Valtteri, Chad, and Shinbision-Kof... So, thanks for that. My question is how you would know the scores already? Anyway, like I said, may the best people win. I wish everyone good luck.

Now my fear is kicking in, loud-ass alarm sounds play in my head as I dread for my ranking place being higher than 17th and hence not fulfilling my goal. I swear if I get 16th+ I'll attempt to make 5 whatever graphics anybody requests me (via PM). I'm that generous, because I have this horrible feeling that it's not going to end that good for me.

I am as well. It is still semi-easy, I just struggle with global variables in the data class...

Was that not what happened last time? In CC11, you made a level and got 5th place in your first CC. That is why. Also, the fact you have not been revealed yet is reason.

This time I made a much more experimental level and I REALLY had no idea how well it would place, lol
