Sounds cool. I will be looking forward to it. I also wonder how it will be done. Maybe it will be using the drawing functionality or something.

Actually someone did add a new power-up but I'm not sure if it replaces a default one or if it's completely new:

It's look like this one is replacing the fireball id to the shell id but also replacing the color on the body.
but you need probably to re-configuring the size of the sprite.
Edit: ah it's old! it's on the lunadll version :S

New Characters are great – no question.

But I think, I could of course also make a „classical“ episode with the final – version of SMBX 2.0, where Mario and Luigi can save Peach from Bowser and the Koopalings.....

(Because I would like make this).

The next beta will be awesome (and the full version), through i will add the new characters in The Invasion 2 and some episodes that i could make in the future, and is not neccesary to move the new characters graphics, and i'll post it in the Episodes forum when the final version is completed, all with the amazing Lunalua, and i'll see if the PGE level test (not through main engine, via the Editor) works for me...

Ms. Otane said that the next beta will be coming this weekend (or depending on the time it takes), just wait until this weekend or later days. Just wait and the update will come real soon.

Don't worry Horikawa, I hope you fix those issues. I want to make something clear if you don't mind, though; whenever someone is developing something for public use most of the times target audiences won't care about why or how issues pop up. Not your fault, that's true, but people won't care about who's fault is. Good luck!

Promises never can't be backed up. You always have to know that stuff like issues or bugs out of nowhere can happen anytime.
And i rather have a good working engine then a buggy one. And maybe you should be more patient about stuff like this.
Redigit didn't liked it that much either when people kept bugging him about new updates and stuff.

Maybe since it says "HOW TO USE: SMBX 2.0 Starman + New Characters" you should have it.
Problem: 2.0 Doesn't work.
(I ask in SMBX 2.0 open beta.)
Doesn't work for me either, I've followed all directions. PGE works, but not able to launch the game itself (or the legacy editor).

Maybe show the code you use for it? Maybe show a scrren? Maybe you didn't download all the files?

How would it be possible for me to not get all the files if everything is (and should be) contained in a single zip download? So... yes, I have all the files. And again, PGE works fine but SMBX 2.0 itself does not.
This is what happened... when testing the starman, it wasn't working right and it hurts me instead. So I figured it was because I had to test it in the main game instead for lunaluas to work properly. That's when I realized that I can't even access the main game from the launcher, no matter what episode/level I choose the launcher then closes and nothing else opens. Unless I'm supposed to install it over an older version of SMBX or something?
So technically, I have two issues atm. lol!

Google Drive works just fine, although I had no issues with Mega anyways. lol...
Let me state once again that I HAVE ALL THE FILES. The download did not corrupt anything, unless the download itself is flawed? Point is, this still doesn't work so I don't see how changing the hosting site would fix that. I've deleted the program until its at a better state for proper beta testing...

Dropbox is garbage if you want to store large amounts of content, I've used both for years and I would rank Google Drive higher.
