I think I've cracked the case here. By translating Joey's post, I managed to get that the code is written using Vigenere cipher. We can translate it now.

But I don't think we can translate it that soon though. I've tried plugging the message into Vigenere ciphers online and it turns out we don't have a key word, so we might not know unless someone finds the key word. However, the key length is 12, so we could work using that.
