I see your point. It's the good thing about having limited resources like in vanilla SMBX or even Mario Maker.
But you can't blame LUA just for offering new possibilities using a coding-like system.

On that note, SafeSearch pisses me off. The other day, I wanted to find decent images of Gardevoir, so I turned on SafeSearch before browsing. Well, I got even worse stuff than without SafeSearch.
Safe to say, I had to bleach my eyes. Multiple times.

the better question is: why are you specifically looking for gardevoir pictures if lewd stuff traumatizes you?
