I originally planned to make an Indian palace tileset with that as a background, but then I realized that I lacked the skill to make an accurate version myself so I recolored it and made addons. Now, the question is, would you like me to expand it a little more? I won't add tileset slopes though, it's supposed to be a castle/fortress like tileset, and you know how I like it when it comes to those, no slopes at all.

Looks fantastic, Natsu. The graphics are great (it seems like you put SO MUCH effort into that, especially the BG) and the concept is fantastic! The screen doesn't really show any obstacles though, so I have no idea how the design for the level will be, but knowing you I bet it'll be good.

Make a mirror boss Natsu, with a gimmick that reflects everything you do or something

Well, yeah, it took me a shit of work, but in the end I think the effort was worth it. And I actually made this tileset after playing DK: Jungle Climber; there's a level called Glass Labyrinth, and after listening to its track I came with this tileset. So I guess I can say I have a gimmick in mind, but like I said, I may extend this tileset a little bit more so I can add actual obstacles.

I started by taking the SMB3 window reflection effect and modifying it a little bit, then I made the tileset and everything else. After that I made the colors sky-blueish and made them a bit transparent with Paint.NET. Finally, I pasted the effect on a layer below those objects giving them a rather mirror-like effect. This is why Paint.NET is so awesome, because it allows you to do some stuff you would never be able to do with Paint 7, or rather take you a tonshit of work. And yeah, I said tonshit, gotta add that to my dictionary. =P

Mmmhh, I can't think of any boss-wise gimmick for this tileset honestly. I could add some mirror like enemies, and even include my Mirror Goomba sprite.
Thanks for all this feedback. I believe this is the very first time I got so much with only one screenshot in this very thread, I really wish these kind of events were to happen more often.

If you can, may you please put a download link for the gfx? xD

Try making stairs if you aren't going to do slopes. With the kind of style you're going at, I think they'd look pretty nice.
The background doesn't have much effort put into it..
And the tiles aren't really placed well.

Still in the equivalent of a very, very early alpha stage, but I'm really liking how this is coming along. For those wondering, this is for someone else's project.

Big thanks to h2643 for ripping and coloring the background aswell as the mushrooms.

It's a BGO version of the Stalagmites in one of the SMB3 cave backgrounds. I guess it does kinda clash, I dunno.

I've been making a few new levels for my project.
That's an underwater level. It auto-scrolls. It gets crazy at the end.

Epoch: Looks nice, but there's too many coins concentrated in that area. I think you should spread them around a bit. I like the graphics and the design, though!
I've started a new level and this is what I have so far:
Oh wow, I love the nightly cavernous glow feel of that level. Excellent work. Also, is it a part of your project or are you making it for another reason?
