Looks like a good lava level, but recolour the yellow switch block to orange.
...Why?
1. Yellow switch block looks identical to a normal '?' Block.
2. An orange block would look better in a lava level.
1. The placement makes it obvious that it's a switch block. To make it even more obvious, Foxy could place a yellow block which is toggled by the switch next to it.
2. It would blend in too much. Especially since it's placed directly in front of a lavafall. The current colour is perfect for what it needs to do, though any colour between yellow and purple works (everything excluding orange and red).
The combination of graphics here look fresh and astounding, and the layout itself looks reminiscent of a SMW style level! If this level is a part of your "Airship Attack 3" project, then I can say without a doubt I'm looking forward to that episode! Keep up the good work!
Also, since I found out it was your birthday just now, have some birthday CAKE:

Loving the athmosphere of the level alot.
Especially the way it has both underwater and overworld parts.
Maybe you could consider making some of these guys too:

Making a level for one of the new SMBX 2.0 characters. The tileset needs still a little tweaking.
PGE is still super useful for editing complex tilesets like this one.

I'm guessing its Kolona.
The Ultimate Rinka would have gotten a much more intense stage then that, and it dosen't seem fitting to be for Yoshi.

Correct. I like how that character plays quite a lot. This will still take a while though, as I'm yet to implement the enemy graphics.

It's impossible to go through the first lava thing.
Other than that, it looks okay. Maybe put a bit more grass decorations in the ground.
