That's King Boo from Super Mario Sunshine, who is actually not the same character as the more familiar King Boo from Luigi's Mansion (and every other game he appears in). He was called "Boss Teresa [Boo]" in Japan as opposed to the regular King Boo's "King Teresa".

Congratulations for getting the Grinder rank, Also, the joke was about the Weakest EnEMY being the mushroom not about the Mega Mole.

From Sunday February 08, 2015 till Sunday March 08, 2015 I reached from 3500 to over 3750 posts already. To say you at least, it takes a lot of time to even get to the next set of ranks since it surely will get more extended than the last one... let me guess, it gets to 1000 posts next instead of 500 posts requirements to earn a different rank.
