The rules say "you may only submit one level" so my assumption is no. I would ask Valtteri for clarification.

Exchanging a submission for another doesn't mean you submitted two levels.

I asked Valtteri the same thing today and it's okay to send a new one.

You may update your level until the deadline by sending me a new version via PM. You may also send an entirely new level to replace the previous submission.

He's replacing the level, not sending another one.

Make an account on Mediafire, or Dropbox, or Sendspace. Then upload your level and give the download link to Valtteri.

This contest is interesting in my opinion because there aren't a lot of popular level designers participating. So, I think it's a good chance for lesser known/lesser experienced level designers to shine and make it farther than they maybe normally would.

True. Deadline is tomorrow, I'm so pumped! Too bad the results won't be revealed for a while :/
How do they reveal those? Do the judges PM you or do they make a list on this thread?

Look at the thread I linked above to figure out how they organize the results. You'll have to scroll a bit down the thread, though.

I looked at the thread and read through some of the judges' comments...and I must say, Emral's comments were pretty hilarious XD
