Why would he fake it? There was no such structure in RSE afaik and thus he would have to havel ripped the GFX manually and then put it together via paint.NET or something. That'd be even more work then ripping them to world map GFX.

Well, he could also just have used a Pokémon ROM Hacking device to create this, but even then, if you look at the screenshot size you'll see that it perfectly matches SMBX' window size. I mean please, why in the world would anyone fake this?
