One of the best episodes I've played so far. Oil Ocean Zone haha nice. The custom music really does it for me I might check some of your programming in the editor to find out some more tricks.

Are you stuck because it's too hard or what? And thanks!
And thanks to the other people I've never gotten around to saying stuff to

This is an amazing episode thus far (I'm somewhere at the start of world 8 as of now), really nice usage of the different playables in various levels, really great design all around (as was to be expected), just really great. My only concern is that, while most of the episode is hard in the good way (challenging, not cheap and annoying), a couple of levels do feel like they're a little too much. In particular the sky pop level is a bit too much bullet hell for me (especially considering it's not in one of the last couple of worlds) and getting the hammer suits from the toad house is nigh mandatory if you want to stand a chance in it. The (first?) bossfight against Wario and Waluigi is pretty cool, but I feel like it would benefit from giving a mushroom or something about halfway through the battle since it's not a very short fight and one where you will probably get hit a couple of times. Other than that, it seems like it's very balanced difficulty-wise, with a few difficulty spikes that aren't too major.
One bigger thing that really did annoy me was the General Toad boss fight and the level where you play as him. The boss fight felt very cheap due to the way Toad throws bombs (basically it's hard as fuck for me not to hit myself) and in the first part of the fight, the whole stage gets blown up too fast. It would benefit from either removing the chasing enemy spawn or making parts of the stage non-breakable at the very least. As for the level with General Toad, playing with Link feels quite unnatural and the level design is rather difficult an sich (especially with the boos, which can neither be killed nor be spin jumped on), making the level an absolute pain to complete. If this thing could be made more playable I'd love it because fuck Link, honestly.
Oh yeah, the first Waluigi fight is glitchy by the way, you might wanna ensure the events occur as planned all the time because I got stuck twice.
Dunno if you will do anything with this since you seem to have stopped designing, but uh, if you wanna make your magnum opus as good as possible it might be worth it 0:

Thanks for the feedback man; and nice to see ya again! And thanks to the Grade-A troll who didn't elaborate on why they give this episode a 1/5! You sure are a prankster!
I do agree with the stuff you've mentioned for sure. I mean, I've always been a bit aware that some levels have ridiculous difficulty but since I practically know the episode like the back of my hand, I guess it was a bit tough for me to figure out what's too hard and such; I'm also a fan of hard levels so that doesn't help. :v
Which one's the first Waluigi fight exactly, though? Too lazy to look it up. If it's that bad then I can consider posting an update along with the other stuff you mentioned.
I'll definitely take all your thoughts into consideration. While I'm done with SMBX I'll at least improve my episode but I don't exactly plan on posting an update unless something MUST be fixed as I don't wanna be posting a million updates especially for the simplest of things.

I think he means the one in World 2, about halfway through.

Oh right, that one's definitely the first Waluigi only fight. I never really had any problems with it so what exactly happened, Magus?

Yeah you can use the GFX, just be sure to credit the right people since I didn't make all the GFX of course. There's a credits file in the download assuming you still have that.

Uh, in the Waluigi fight I got stuck behind a wall twice and couldn't see or damage Waluigi, it happened during the transitions you know, so either I was clueless and accidentally stood exactly where I shouldn't stand or something fucked up.
I kinda like difficult levels a lot tbh, as those who have played some of my levels can tell (I'm sure Wraith has a word or two to say about the shit I designed for him back when I was an SDG level designer), my problem was more with the fact that sometimes a random difficult level shows up in earlier worlds, so there's not a steady buildup in terms of difficulty at all times. It's nothing too major though and an occasional challenge is nice anyway, the air pop level is the only one that really bugged me.

Oh okay. Alrighty I'll have to take a look at the fight as well as some of the other levels on my days off which isn't until Monday then. Ah yeah, I do remember 1 level from you which had some difficulty. I've been pestered about the difficulty before so maybe I'll actually do a good and thorough job of fixing it then.

Ah that. Yeah, I think I expected too much from the player during that fight so I'll have to work on that fight for sure.

Oh, and graphics too, BUTGAMEPLAYISMOREIMPORTANTAMIRITE?
Also i should've posted this ""feedback"" way earlyer and just now i remembered to post it.
In any case, kudos!

Alright, for whoever actually cares to see this episode be "perfect". What are some things that you think should be fixed, changed, etc.?
I really wanna make this the last time I have to touch this episode for any reason whatsoever since it's kind of a bother having to keep checking in on this so go ahead and speak up, otherwise, may you forever hold your peace!
I plan on fixing the difficulty that some levels have if anything and some stuff Magus said above.

I can't say I see anything wrong with it. As far as I'm concerned, if it isn't detrimental or game-breaking, it's not really worth worrying about. If you are going to touch it one more time though, I'll let you know I updated the Conkdor sprites from "Alp Soar" and the pink tree BGO from "Pinnacle Footslog" a while ago so they look better overall. If you feel like doing a swap-out I'll send them to you whenever you want.

I gave the game a 5/5 because I completely loved it.
All of the gimmicks were fun and the levels were a nice challenge.
